Payment For Services
Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered, including co-pays, deductibles, costs for items not covered by insurance and those patients without insurance coverage. Our office will accept most payment arrangements if the arrangements are made in advance, including a down payment and signed agreement. You may call our Insurance Department to discuss your particular situation.
We accept cash, Visa/Mastercard, Discover and local checks.
Financing is available for any surgical services.
